Working with Paragon Developments is a stress-free process from consultation to completion.
Getting Started
We meet with you to learn more about the project. Based on your goals, we’ll offer suggestions on your floor plan to maximise impact and minimise issues. Once approved by Council, you’ll sign a Master Builders Contract, and work will commence.
Work Begins
As the project gets underway, we bring in hand-picked tradespeople to complete each aspect of the build in line with your vision. Fully overseen and managed by the Paragon Developments team, we will provide regular progress reports.
Hand Over
We complete all compliance paperwork and submit it to the council. We then walk you through your newly constructed property, ensuring that everything meets your approval, before handing you the keys to your new home.
